Welcome to Fayesso. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fayesso website at fayesso.com (the "Site") and any products, content, or services offered through the Site (the "Services").

If we discover an error in the price or description of a product after you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you the choice of confirming the order at the corrected price or cancelling for a full refund.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the items in your cart at the prices listed. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is accepted.

Payment is processed at the time the order is placed. By submitting a payment, you confirm that:

You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. This does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under your local consumer-protection laws.
