Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains how payments work at Fayesso — what we accept, when you are charged, how we keep your information safe, and what to do if there's an issue with a charge.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

  • Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club
  • Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay
  • Other: Bancontact, iDEAL Wero (for select international destinations)

The payment options available to you may vary based on your location, the products in your cart, and the device you are using.


2. Currency and Pricing

  • All prices on the Site are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
  • The price you see at checkout is the price you pay (plus any applicable taxes and shipping shown at checkout).
  • If your card or payment account is in another currency, your bank or card issuer will convert the charge using their own exchange rate, which may include a foreign-transaction fee. We have no control over those fees.

3. When You Are Charged

  • The full amount of your order is charged at the time you place the order.
  • An order confirmation email is sent immediately after a successful charge.
  • If a payment is declined, your order will not be processed and you will not be charged. Please check with your bank or try a different payment method.

We do not place "holds" on cards beyond the amount you authorize at checkout, except in rare cases where a payment processor temporarily authorizes the order amount before settling it.


4. No Surprise Subscriptions or Recurring Charges

We do not enroll you in any subscription, membership, or recurring billing as part of a one-time purchase.

If a product or service you choose involves any recurring charge, this will be:

  • Clearly marked on the product page,
  • Disclosed in the cart and at checkout,
  • Confirmed in your order confirmation email, and
  • Cancellable at any time before the next billing cycle by emailing support@fayesso.com or following the cancellation instructions in your account.

5. Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local laws. The tax amount is shown before you complete your order.


6. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may be charged by your country's customs authority on delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.


7. Payment Security

We take the security of your payment information seriously:

  • All payment transactions are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors.
  • Your card information is encrypted using SSL/TLS during transmission.
  • We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.

8. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, we use automated and manual review tools to detect potentially fraudulent orders. As part of this process, we may:

  • Decline orders where the billing or shipping information appears suspicious,
  • Request additional verification (such as a confirmation that you placed the order),
  • Cancel and refund orders that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.

If your order is flagged for review, we will email you using the email address provided at checkout. Please respond promptly so we can release your order.


9. Billing Disputes and Chargebacks

If you see a charge from Fayesso that you do not recognize or believe is incorrect, please contact us first at support@fayesso.com before disputing the charge with your bank or card issuer. In most cases we can resolve the issue within a few business days.

If you file a chargeback without contacting us first:

  • We will provide all relevant order, delivery, and communication records to your bank or card issuer.
  • We may be required to suspend or close your account during the dispute investigation.
  • Future orders from accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be declined.

10. Refunds

Refunds, when approved, are issued to your original payment method. Most refunds appear in your account within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer. For full refund terms, please see our Refund & Return Policy.


11. Errors

We reserve the right to correct any pricing or billing errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors, subject to applicable law. If we cancel an order due to an error, we will refund the full amount you were charged.
