Where to find your tracking number
We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to show the first scan. Orders may ship in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number.
Estimated delivery
- Processing: 1–2 business days (longer for made-to-order items, as noted on the product page)
- Shipping: 5–15 business days

If your order is delayed or missing
Email support@fayesso.com with your order number if:
- Tracking has not updated for 5+ business days
- The maximum delivery window has passed
- Tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it (within 7 days of the delivery date)
We will investigate with the carrier and reship or refund at our cost if the package is confirmed lost.
